Daily Update - Wednesday/Thursday

I know, I know I missed a daily update. Yesterday was crazy at the office and then with school added in the mix life is hectic. Here is my update for the last couple of days. BTW, I can not wait for my two week weigh in on Monday. I have been debating on whether I wanted to do a monthly weigh in or a shorter time frame, so I have settled on every two weeks. I figure that in two weeks I can see some progress and also make changes if something is not working.

Wednesday

Breakfast (8:45 am): Cereal (Corn Pops, once of my favorites)

Snack (11:00 am): Strawberry, pineapple, banana smoothie (homemade)

Lunch (12:30 pm): Smart one entree, mixed green salad

Snack (3:00 pm): Crackers and cheese

Dinner: (8:00 pm): Shrimp salad sandwich, watermelon

Exercise: None :(

Thursday

Snack (7:00 am): Strawberry, pineapple, banana smoothie (homemade)

Breakfast (8:30 am): Smart one breakfast wrap (really good!)

Snack: I skipped my morning snack, we had an early lunch at the job at 11:30

Lunch: Hodge-podge

Snack: ?

Dinner:?

Exercise:? I am hoping I will get my walk in today! I need to keep up that momentum

Ok, I will come back later and update you all, I have class tonight, if I do not get to workout today I am sure I will make it up tomorrow and over the weekend.

Next week I will get to hit the trails in Central Park, New York here I come.
