On my quest to find ways to motivate myself to keep going, I took to the web in search of ideas (anything really). I am an avid reader and am always thinking I can find the answer to my problems in a book. In this instance I have found things that have helped but my answer has yet to present itself. Anyway, I came across a list of 20 very good motivational tips to use when taking the journey to healthy living. As I was reading the list I realised that it all seemed so simple and common sense. There were a few on the list that I had already done, most on the list I had read in a book or in an article somewhere, and ALL made absolute sense.
This journey for me is like fighting a daily battle with my mouth, my mind and food. However, it is time that I stop making excuses, get through this plateau and keep on trucking to a healthier, thinner me.
