Getting off my hump!

I have a tendency to get lazy and just sit and veg on the net or channel surf. Today I decided to get up off my hump and do something. So I decided to take a jog (surprising to me) with my son while he rode his bike. Felt great and gave me some motivation to keep moving forward (my mantra).

Also, while I was hanging out on the web I came across this website www.gofit.net, they have great workout tools, one in particular that I want to try is the kettle bell. I have seen the info-merical about it and it looks really cool. One of the things that fitness experts stress is incorporating weights into your workout. Weight training will help you tone and develop muscles, by developing muscles you make your body work with you and for you to burn energy.

Just another tip that I found while reading today, try to eat your biggest meal of the day after you workout, this will allow your body to use most of the energy from the food and burn what it does not need.

All I can say is, "Keep Moving Forward"
