Daily Update - Monday

I think that there is a need for me to share with you all how my days progress. I will try my best to post on a daily my menu for the day, the work out choice of the day and any motivational things I stumbles upon that kept me going. Since I am taking a page out of the book that Dr. Ian wrote, The Fat Smash diet, I am supposed to be eating 4-5 small meals per day and getting in at least a half hour of exercise daily. This past weekend I was able to keep up with the 30 minutes daily of exercise; however Sunday my eating took a turn for the worse (it is ok, since I know this I am back on it).


Monday


Breakfast (8:00am): Bowl of Cereal. I am not a coffee drinker but I do like to drink tea so in the mornings, between breakfast and my first snack I drink two cups of Earl Grey tea with 2 splendas (trying to cut back to one splenda per cup).


Snack (10:00am) Granola Bar (By this time I have started to chew my one piece of gum for the day and drink my water). The water bottle that I used holds 24 oz, so a couple of these and I make my daily quota for the day but on most days I drink more than the 64 oz daily requirement.


Lunch (12:00 pm): Smartones entrée (they were on sale this week so I do not have to worry about cooking).


Snack (2:45 pm): Crackers and cheese


Dinner (7:00 pm): Mixed greens salad with baked chicken


I have not had a chance to workout today, I am a little nervous about the time I will have to get that 30 minutes in because classes start today so.... we will see.
