Amy's Organic Soups: A great way to get what you need and the taste you want.


While I was looking for foods that would work during Phase I of “The Fat Smash Diet”, I stumbled across Amy’s organic soups at my local supermarket. What caught my eye when I saw the package was the color, the fact that it had beans (which I detest) and that it was organic. One thing that is very important when changing your eating habits and lifestyle when it comes to food is making sure that you incorporate foods that are high in fiber. Beans are the ultimate source of fiber and can be cooked up to be very delicious, I’ve discovered.

So far, I have tried the Black Bean Vegetable soup and the Lentil Vegetable soup and both have been great. It felt good to eat beans and not get that gassy, have to be in the bathroom, smelling up my cubicle feeling. My co-workers were running scared when I even mentioned having something with bean, but even they were pleased. Amy’s is a product that I highly recommend. Not only do they have delicious soups but I have seen meals that look tempting.

When I went out at lunch today I did get a chance to pick up some of the different meals and I will be trying them out at lunch this week.
