Renewal.........

Make sure that you are keeping track of the inital goals that you set during the challenge. Even though there is an overall goal, you need to be sure to set smaller ones that will allow you to stay on track and not give up.

Just as a reminder the original challenge post talks about what you need to do to prepare for and keep track of what is going on throughout the journey...

Dont forget to make time to exersize, even if for 20-30 minutes a day make sure that you are staying active and drinking 64 oz of water daily!!!
