Part of the regimine I have also been using the 5lb wieghts that I purchased and the aerobics ball. It has been working. I lost 4 lbs last week but I think this week will be a lot less. We will see. I had a moment of weakness today and ate at Fatoush (the greek spot with the GREAT food).
My plan is to walk saturday morning and hopefully get some mileage in. We will see...
Back in a few with some health tips. I am actually researching vitamins, so I should have something interesting in a few.
