Ok so I have been trying to find information on vitamins and my search continues. So far what I can say is that Vitamin C is very important to ones diet. Anyway, this challenge is getting tougher by the day. If I have not already shared this information, I am part of the biggest loser contest at work. So far, I have lost a total of 4 lbs.
It seems that in my overall goal I have hit a plataeu, ugh.... I am getting frustrated but as with anything worth having, I will need to keep up the hard work.
Just a side note, stress contributes to wieght gain and keeping the weight on... So soon I will be including other topics related to stress and its effects on your health.
