So today I ordered some things from Amazon.com. I am going to try and do some working out in the house since going to the gym is nearly impossible. Mission Impossible is to stay on my grind. It seems that I have gotten to a point where I reached a plateau. So I will try and increase my cardio and build some muscle so that I can burn some extra calories and then get past this hump.
Biggest Looser : I have heard that these are good and I like the show so I will be doing this for a while.
5lbs wieghts: i think these will help. I really enjoyed the kick-boxing moves I learned a while back so I am going to try some of those.
The Ball: Ok, well this will be interesting but I want to work on my balance and build up my stamina for the crunches.
Step: Well I have had the step for a while but no DVD so we will see how this biggest looser dvd works for me and my step.
I am really excited and hope that slowly but surely the pounds and inches will fade away. For my health and my sanity, lol....
Slowly but surely it will happen!! I lost 31 pounds and it took me a year and a half... just keep at it!!
